Delete your Daymat account

You can permanently delete your account inside Daymat. If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email on your account.

  1. 1Sign in to Daymat.
  2. 2Open Settings.
  3. 3Choose Delete account.
  4. 4Type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion begins immediately and cannot be undone.

Cannot sign in?

Request deletion

Email us from the address registered to your Daymat account. Use the subject “Delete my Daymat account” and include only the account email. Do not include your password or health information.

Email deletion request

We may ask you to verify account ownership. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.

What is removed

Account-linked data

  • Account credentials and sign-in connections
  • Profile, body measurements, goals, limitations, and conditions
  • Practice plans, schedules, history, favorites, and progress
  • Coach chats, feedback, consent records, and usage history
  • Notification tokens, Strava tokens, and any saved private API key

De-identified analytics, non-identifying generated content shared with other users, and records required for security or legal compliance may be retained only as described in the Privacy Policy. Data may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten.
