1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Daymat, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact support@daymat.app with questions.
Important health notice
Daymat provides general wellness information, not medical care.
Daymat does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist, or emergency service. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual discomfort. Seek qualified medical advice before starting or changing exercise if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, or have a health condition. Call local emergency services in an emergency.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
3. Appropriate use
You agree not to:
- Use Daymat for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Interfere with security, availability, or other users.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access except where law permits.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Present AI or wellness output as professional medical advice.
4. AI and personalized content
AI-generated responses and plans can be incomplete or wrong. Review instructions, use common sense, and stay within your ability. Profile limitations help Daymat filter and adapt content but cannot guarantee that every suggestion is safe for every person.
5. Permissions and connected services
Features such as voice controls, notifications, Health Connect, Apple Health, Google Sign-In, and Strava depend on device permissions or third-party services. You may disable optional permissions. Third parties have their own terms and may change or discontinue their services.
6. Content, ads, and intellectual property
Daymat and its original software, designs, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the requested service.
Daymat may display advertising, including rewarded ads. Ad availability and rewards are not guaranteed. Any paid features will show applicable price and renewal terms before purchase.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Daymat reliable, but features may change, pause, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, Daymat is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular result. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daymat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Suspension, deletion, and changes
We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address serious violations. You can stop using Daymat at any time and permanently delete your account in Settings. We may update these terms; continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
